Gold sheen obsidian is natural volcanic glass, cooled so quickly that atoms could not organise into a long crystal lattice. It is a stopped volcanic event, not a black crystal. The gold appears through internal optical reflection, not a surface finish.
This lot was selected for 8mm continuity, an unbroken black field, and restrained flash that appears by angle rather than glitter. The standard is quiet gold inside a stable dark body. No pale beads, no surface-gold illusion.

This piece uses natural, untreated stone. No heat, dye, coating or artificial irradiation is applied. Its lot details are recorded on the Stone Origin Record supplied with the piece.
Natural stone changes with light, angle, and screen settings. Product photos are edited for clarity, but the material may read deeper, softer, or more muted in daily light.
Email us within 14 days of receiving your order to start a return. The piece must be unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility. Once we receive, inspect, and approve the return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Allow 3–7 business days for studio preparation. United States delivery takes 6–12 calendar days after dispatch, with an estimated total of 7–15 business days from order to arrival. Solid quality, comfortable, looks sharp with a dark shirt. My only small thing is I wish the care instructions were easier to find - I had to dig around the website for cleaning tips. Would be nice to include a small card about that. Otherwise no issues.

OK so obsidian is apparently softer than I realised. The gold sheen effect is gorgeous - exactly as shown. But after three weeks of daily wear I noticed tiny surface scratches on two beads, probably from my desk edge or watch band. The bracelet is well made and the sheen is real. I'm just annoyed at myself for not being more careful. Now I baby it and only wear it when I'm going out. Three stars because I wanted an everyday piece and this needs more care than that.
I really like the product, but I later learned obsidian is not the hardest stone. I probably will not wear it while working, just to avoid damaging it.
Nice bracelet with a lovely gold shimmer. The obsidian beads are beautifully polished and the golden sheen is especially gorgeous in sunlight. Good value for the price. I would love to see more pieces like this at this price point.
It is genuinely easy to wear with a lot of outfits.
Decided to just buy myself something nice. EUR179 felt reasonable for what you get - the beads are clearly natural stone, not dyed or coated. Fits my small wrist well. The gold flash comes and goes depending on the angle and I find that quite charming. No complaints at all.

Not everyone wants a bracelet that screams. This one just quietly exists on your wrist and looks good doing it. I wore it under a blazer cuff all week and it never felt bulky or awkward. The gold sheen is like a little reward you get when you step into sunlight.
It works really well with a suit. It feels understated and professional.
I am leaving this at four stars because the gold effect is calmer than the strongest photos imply. In practice that has been useful. The bracelet keeps the depth of black obsidian, but the moving sheen makes it easier to wear when pure black would feel too severe.
