Order Timeline

Every BE. piece is handmade to order. We do not keep finished inventory; your piece enters our studio queue after your order is placed.

Handmade Preparation 3–7 Business Days
The time we use to select, assemble, inspect, and prepare your piece before dispatch. Each crystal is individually graded against the Crystal 4T™ system; each setting is hand-finished and checked before it leaves the studio.
International Delivery 5–12 Business Days
Once your order leaves our studio, delivery time depends on your destination, local carrier handling, and customs processing. Major hubs in the EU, UK, US, JP, AU typically receive on the faster end of this range; remote regions take longer.

8–19 Business Days
From order placed to arrival. Remote destinations or customs holds may extend this; we will message you if anything changes.

Tracking & Updates

You'll Receive A Tracking Number

By email, once your order is dispatched. The link will go live within 24 hours of dispatch and update as the carrier scans your parcel.

If Your Tracking Looks Quiet

Tracking updates can take 5–10 business days to appear after dispatch — this is normal. Your parcel may be between studio handoff and the carrier's first scan. If you'd like us to look into it, email hello@thebeworld.com with your order number.

Costs & Duties

Shipping Cost

Calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €300 ship free, worldwide.

Duties & Taxes

For all international orders, duties and taxes are prepaid and shown at checkout. No surprise fees on arrival.

Please note: Taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.

Gift Shipping & Combined Orders

Sent As A Gift

Every order arrives in a signature BE. gift box with no pricing information included — so any order can be sent directly as a gift.

Combined Shipments

If you order multiple pieces, we ship them together in one package — less packaging, lower carbon footprint. If you need items shipped separately, contact us before placing your order.

We dispatch Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Delays Outside Our Control

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruption, or other circumstances beyond our studio. If your order is materially overdue, write to us — we will help you trace it.
