Shipping Policy
Every BE. piece is handmade to order. After your order is placed, your piece enters our studio queue for 3–7 business days of handmade preparation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter the studio queue on the next business day.
Delivery Timeframes
- Handmade preparation: 3–7 business days
- International delivery: 5–12 business days
- Estimated total time from order placed to arrival: 8–19 business days
Timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on destination country, local customs procedures, and carrier conditions.
Tracking
A tracking number will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched. The link usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch; detailed tracking scans can take 5–10 business days to appear.
Customs and Import Duties
For international orders, duties and import taxes are prepaid by BE. You will not be asked by the carrier to pay customs fees on delivery. Orders over €300 ship free; for orders below €300, shipping is shown at checkout.
Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, carrier disruptions, or circumstances outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at hello@thebeworld.com.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout.
