We want you to feel confident in every BE. purchase. Here's how we handle returns.

Returns

We accept returns when you email us within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Please email us at hello@thebeworld.com before sending anything back. Include your order number and the reason for your return, and we'll get back to you within 2 business days with the return address and next steps.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@thebeworld.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll resolve it as a priority.
