01.01 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal where available. PayPal Pay Later or other installment options may appear for eligible countries and orders. If a payment option appears at checkout, it is available for your order; if it does not appear, it is not currently supported for that checkout.

01.02 Is your site secure?

Yes. Our checkout uses SSL encryption to keep your data private and secure.

01.03 What if my payment fails?

First, ensure your shipping and billing details are correct. If issues persist, contact your bank or reach out to us at hello@thebeworld.com for assistance.

01.04 Where do I enter a discount code?

Enter your code in the box under your order summary during checkout. Click "apply" to activate. Only one code per order.

01.05 Can I use a discount code on sale items?

Discount codes apply only to full-priced jewelry. Sale items, sets, and final sale pieces are excluded as they are already heavily discounted.

02.01 How long will delivery take?

Every BE. piece is handmade to order. After your order is placed, your piece enters our studio queue for 3–7 business days of handmade preparation. Once dispatched, international delivery usually takes 5–12 business days depending on your destination, local carrier handling, and customs processing. The estimated total time from order placed to arrival is 8–19 business days. Remote destinations or customs holds may take longer; we will message you if anything changes.

02.02 Where in the world does your jewelry ship to?

We offer worldwide shipping to most countries across the globe.

However, we currently do not ship to the following:

02.03 How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your destination. Orders over €300 ship free, worldwide.

02.04 Can I ship as a gift?

Yes! Orders come in a signature gift box with no pricing information included.

02.05 Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order is dispatched. The link usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch; detailed tracking scans can take 5–10 business days to appear.

02.06 Are duties and taxes included?

For all orders, duties and taxes are prepaid and shown at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery.
Please note that for all countries taxes, duties and shipping costs are non-refundable.

02.07 Do you ship on weekends?

Orders ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

02.08 My order shows delivered but I haven’t received it. What should I do?

Check with household members, neighbors, and your shipping carrier first.

02.09 My tracking link doesn't show updates?

Tracking updates can take 5–10 business days to appear after dispatch. This is normal — your parcel may be between studio handoff and the carrier’s first scan. If you would like us to check, email hello@thebeworld.com with your order number.

02.10 Why does BE. combine shipments?

When you order multiple pieces, we ship them together in one package. This reduces packaging and cuts the carbon footprint of multiple separate deliveries — consistent with how we operate as a made-to-order brand.
If you need items shipped separately for a specific reason, contact us before placing your order.

03.01 Can I order multiple pieces to try at home?

We'd ask you not to. BE. is a made-to-order brand — each piece is crafted specifically for your order, so multiple returns create real waste and logistical strain, especially across international shipping.

03.02 How do you ensure the high quality of your jewelry?

Every BE. piece starts with the stone. Before any crystal enters production, we assess it against the Crystal 4T™ Grading System — evaluating Transparency, Tone, Texture, and Treasure (rarity and provenance). Only stones that meet all four criteria are selected.

Most jewellery brands don't grade their crystals. We do, because the difference between a collector-quality stone and a standard one is visible — in clarity, in colour depth, in how the piece looks on the wrist.

After selection, each piece is hand-set and individually inspected before it ships. If it doesn't meet the standard, it doesn't leave.

03.03 Are your gemstones real?

Yes. Every crystal and gemstone in a BE. piece is genuine and naturally formed — no dye, no synthetic substitutes, no enhancement. We apply the Crystal 4T™ Grading System to every stone before production.

Where lab-grown options are offered, they are clearly marked as such in the product description.

03.04 How long will my jewelry last?

Designed for durability, our jewelry lasts for years with proper care.

03.05 Will my jewelry tarnish?

Our pieces are finished to resist tarnish, but all fine jewellery benefits from consistent care. Remove your pieces before swimming, showering, exercising, or applying lotions and perfumes. Store in the original BE. box or a soft pouch, away from direct sunlight and humidity.

Kept well, a BE. piece doesn't tarnish — it ages.

03.06 Are settings secure?

Yes. Stones are hand-set with precision for daily wear, but we recommend removing jewelry during intense activities.

03.07 Can I wear it every day?

Absolutely! Our pieces are designed for everyday elegance and resilience.

03.08 Can I wear my jewellery in water, at the gym, or in the shower?

We recommend removing your pieces before swimming, showering, or intense exercise. Water — especially chlorinated or salt water — and sweat can weaken the cord on strands, dull metal settings, and affect certain crystals over time. The rule is simple: put it on last, take it off first.

03.09 How do I clean and care for my crystals?

Wipe your piece gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. For a deeper clean, use a slightly damp cloth — no chemicals, no ultrasonic cleaners. Most crystals are sensitive to harsh substances, so the simpler the care, the better. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade color in certain stones over time.

03.10 How should I store my pieces?

Store separately, ideally in a soft pouch or the original BE. box. Crystals can scratch other crystals and metals, so keeping each piece on its own prevents surface damage. Avoid humid environments and direct sunlight.

03.11 Do you have a warranty?

Yes. We proudly stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a comprehensive 2-Year Warranty. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, reflecting our confidence in every piece that leaves our workshop.

What is covered under the warranty?
Our warranty protects against any flaws in materials or artistry. It is a promise that your jewelry will arrive and remain in perfect condition, as defined by our high standards.

What is not covered?
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, loss, improper care, or normal wear and tear (such as scratches). We provide a detailed care guide to help you preserve your jewelry’s beauty for a lifetime.

03.12 What if I’m not happy with the quality?

If something isn't right, tell us. Email hello@thebeworld.com with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll look at it and find a solution — whether that's a replacement, a repair, or something else. We stand behind what we make.

03.13 How do I make a warranty claim?

Email hello@thebeworld.com with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if possible. We will review the piece and advise the next step, whether that is repair, replacement, or another solution under our warranty terms.

04.01 How do I find my BE. strand size?

Use our Size Guide. Enter your wrist circumference, choose your bead size, and select the fit you prefer. The tool will recommend the size that should feel right from the first wear.

04.02 What should I measure before using the Size Guide?

Measure around your wrist just below the wrist joint, at the place where you normally wear a bracelet. You can use a soft tape measure, or wrap a strip of paper around your wrist, mark where it meets, then measure it flat. The guide accepts both centimeters and inches.

04.03 What if I am between sizes?

If your result sits near the boundary between two sizes, choose the larger size unless you prefer a very close fit. Natural stone beads vary slightly, so the finished piece is calibrated for length and comfort, not for an exact bead count.

04.04 What if I am still unsure after using the Size Guide?

Email us at hello@thebeworld.com before ordering. Send your wrist measurement, preferred fit, and the piece you are considering, and we will help you choose the most suitable size.

05.01 Can I return my jewelry?

Yes, we absolutely want you to love your piece. If you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 14-day return policy for a full refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following important guidelines:

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Due to our made-to-order process, each piece is crafted as a unique order with specific materials and sizing, making direct inventory swaps logistically complex. However, we have made the return and reorder process simple and efficient.
  • Sale Items: Products marked as "Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Bundles & Sets: These must be returned in their entirety. We cannot accept partial returns of bundled products.
05.02 How do I return?

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at hello@thebeworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for return.

Our team will respond with detailed instructions and a shipping address for your return. Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Why do we handle returns via email?
This personalized process allows our team to ensure every return is handled with care and accuracy, providing you with dedicated support and avoiding the delays that automated systems can sometimes create.

05.03 How do I exchange my jewelry?

We do not offer direct exchanges. Our made-to-order model means each piece is uniquely prepared for a specific order, so we don't hold inventory for swaps.

However, we have designed a simple alternative:

  1. Initiate a return by emailing us at hello@thebeworld.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Once we receive, inspect, and approve your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  3. You can then place a new order on our website for the item you desire. This ensures you get a brand new piece, crafted fresh for you with the correct specifications.

We find this process is often faster and more reliable for our customers than a traditional exchange.

05.04 When will I get my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

05.05 Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as BE. cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.

05.06 Can I return if I changed my mind?

Yes. If you've had a change of heart, you can return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, provided it is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Contact us at hello@thebeworld.com to start the process. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and sale items are not eligible for return.

06.01 Where do your gemstones come from?

We source from established mining regions with documented provenance — including Brazilian amethyst, Madagascan labradorite, Ethiopian opal, and American turquoise, among others. Every supplier is vetted for responsible sourcing practices before we work with them.

Origin matters, but it's only part of what we assess. The grade of the stone — its internal structure, clarity, and formation — determines whether it meets the Crystal 4T™ standard.

06.02 What materials do you use?

We offer a range of premium, thoughtfully selected materials to suit every style and value:

  • Elastic Cord: Our popular strand collections are strung on high-quality, durable elastic cord designed for longevity and a secure, comfortable fit.
  • 925 Sterling Silver: A classic, nickel-free choice known for its durability and timeless shine.
  • 18KT Gold Vermeil: Features a thick 2.5-micron layer of 18KT gold over sterling silver, offering the luxury of gold at a more accessible price point.
  • Solid Gold (10KT & 14KT): The ultimate investment piece. Designed to be heirloom-quality, it will last a lifetime and never tarnish.
06.03 Which metal is right for me?

The best choice depends on your lifestyle, budget, and how you plan to wear your jewelry.

  • Choose Solid Gold if you're looking for a forever piece—an investment that will endure forever and can be passed down.
  • Choose Gold Vermeil if you desire the premium look of gold for a special piece that combines luxury with value.
  • Choose Sterling Silver for a versatile, durable, and timeless everyday essential.
  • Choose E-Coated Brass or Eco-Copper for fashion-forward designs that are tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, and made with sustainability in mind.
06.04 Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

Yes. We work with a curated network of suppliers vetted for environmental responsibility and fair labour practices. We prioritise traceability — knowing where a stone comes from is part of how we assess it, not an afterthought.

We don't make blanket claims. We do the due diligence.

06.05 What packaging do you use?

Every BE. order arrives in a paper gift box made from recyclable, FSC-certified materials. Your piece is protected in a pouch and accompanied by a letter and its Stone Origin Card. Our outer mailers are made from compostable cardboard.

07.01 Is BE. a sustainable company?

Where possible, yes. We're actively increasing the proportion of recycled sterling silver and gold-fill in our materials. This is an ongoing commitment — we're transparent about where we are in the process, not just where we intend to go.

07.02 Are your gemstones ethically sourced?

Absolutely. Ethical integrity is the foundation of our brand. We are committed to transparency and work exclusively with a curated network of suppliers who adhere to strict standards regarding environmental responsibility and fair labor practices.

While we are not yet a member of all industry councils, our due diligence process ensures that our partners share our core values. We prioritize traceability and believe that the story of a gemstone is just as important as its sparkle.

07.03 Do you use recycled metals?

Yes, wherever possible. We are actively increasing the proportion of recycled sterling silver and gold in our supply chain. Our mission is to minimize the environmental impact of mining by reutilizing our planet's existing resources, giving precious metals a new life in beautiful forms.

07.04 Do you ship in recyclable packaging?

Yes. Gift boxes are recyclable and FSC-certified. Mailers are compostable cardboard.

08.01 What is made-to-order?

A made-to-order product is crafted only after a customer places an order, promoting sustainability by reducing waste and minimizing environmental impact through thoughtful, on-demand production.

08.02 What are the benefits?

Made-to-order means your piece doesn't exist until you order it. No warehouse. No overstock. A piece made specifically for you, at the exact time you decide you're ready for it.

08.03 What are your shipping and processing times?

Each BE. piece is handmade to order. We don't keep finished inventory — each piece is crafted after you place your order.

The estimated total timeline is 8–19 business days from order placed to arrival:

  • 3–7 business days in the studio for handmade preparation
  • 5–12 business days in transit, tracked

09.01 What is The Circle?

The Circle is BE.'s membership programme. Every qualifying action — purchases, completing The Alignment test, referrals — earns you SPARKS, which accumulate toward your tier and can be redeemed for order credits or private services. The longer you stay, the deeper your tier, and the richer your access becomes.

09.02 What are the membership tiers?

There are four tiers, each unlocked by your lifetime SPARKS total. Once reached, a tier is yours permanently — it never drops.

  • Member (800 SPK) — 10 SPARKS per €1 spent, The Alignment Reading
  • Collector (3,000 SPK) — Piece Care service (1× per year), €15 birthday credit, early sale access
  • Curator (9,000 SPK) — 1.25× SPARKS on all purchases, Limited Drop early access (48h before public), curated raw stone specimen with every order, €25 birthday credit
  • Inner Circle (24,000 SPK) — 1.5× SPARKS, Limited Drop priority purchase, curated raw stone with every order, €50 birthday credit, BE. Annual Edit (December delivery), private event invitations, Dedicated Circle access

Your tier status is based on your lifetime earned SPARKS and never drops. Your redeemable SPARKS balance refreshes each January — use them before year-end.

09.03 How do I join?

Enter your email to join and receive 500 SPARKS. Complete The Alignment to earn 300 more. At 800 SPARKS, you're a Member — no purchase needed.

09.04 How can I earn SPARKS?

09.05 When will my SPARKS be credited?

SPARKS from purchases are credited within 72 hours of delivery. All other SPARKS (sign-up, Alignment test, referrals, reviews) are processed within 3 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation each time your balance is updated.

09.06 How do I use my rewards?

€5 Order Credit — every 2,000 SPARKS = €5 store credit, applied to your account and redeemable automatically at checkout. To request a redemption, email hello@thebeworld.com with your SPARKS balance. We'll apply it within 24 hours.

You'll receive a SPARKS update by email after every qualifying action. Check your inbox — including spam — if you haven't received confirmation within 72 hours.

09.07 What is Piece Care?

Piece Care is a complimentary piece care & restoration service available to all Collector members — no SPARKS required. Send us one of your BE. pieces and we will clean, inspect, and restore it before returning it to you.

Available once per calendar year. Inbound shipping is at the member's expense; we cover the return. Instructions on how to submit your piece are included in your Collector welcome email.

09.08 Do my SPARKS expire?

Your redeemable SPARKS balance refreshes on 1 January each year — redeem before year-end. You'll receive a reminder in mid-December.

Your tier status is based on your lifetime accumulated total and does not reset. Once you reach a tier, you stay there permanently.

09.09 Is there a cost to join?

No. The Circle is free to join and free to stay in — always.

10.01 How is Bespoke different from a standard BE. piece?

Every BE. piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. A standard BE. piece follows an existing design, crafted fresh for your order. Bespoke begins before the design exists. The crystal selection, combination, proportions, and arrangement are developed from your brief and personal composition, then built as a one-off piece. There is no other piece like it.

10.02 What if I don't like the design concepts?

Your deposit covers two design concepts and two revision rounds. If we can't reach a design you're satisfied with after those rounds, you can cancel — we'll refund 20% of the deposit and retain 30% as a design fee for the work completed.

10.03 Can I request specific crystals?

Yes. Note your preferences in the questionnaire and our team will advise on how to incorporate them — considering the visual composition and the geological properties of each stone relative to the overall design.

10.04 Why do you need my birthdate?

Your date of birth is one of the inputs we use to build your personal composition profile — alongside your questionnaire answers and design preferences. It forms part of the methodology the studio applies to determine which crystals are selected and how they're combined for your specific piece. We don't disclose the full details of this process; it's proprietary to the way we work.

10.05 How long does the Bespoke process take?

Bespoke takes longer than a standard BE. order because the design is created before the piece is made. Please allow approximately 3–5 weeks from initial consultation to delivery. This includes design development, confirmation, handcrafting, and international delivery. If your piece requires unusual sourcing or additional revisions, we will confirm the timeline with you before production continues.

10.06 Is the bespoke service final sale?

Yes. As your piece is uniquely crafted for you, all bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ensure your satisfaction through the detailed consultation and design approval steps.

10.07 Why do we communicate by message instead of a call?

Text-based communication provides a clear written record, allows you to respond in your own time, and enables collaboration that holds across time zones.
