Materials and construction
Natural hematoid quartz smooth spheres, selected for red-orange iron pigment, clear-host windows, and full-strand tonal continuity. Hand-strung to order with a stainless steel wire core, finished with a one-hand magnetic clasp. Available in 6.5 inch and 7.5 inch lengths. Construction upgraded in the second half of 2026: current lots are strung on steel wire with a magnetic clasp; lots shipped before this change used elastic cord.

Hematoid quartz is quartz carrying iron oxide inside the host crystal. The red-orange body is mineral matter held by silica. It is not dye, coating, or surface pigment; it is visible because the transparent body contains it.
