3. Questionnaire

Complete Your Profile

We'll send you a questionnaire — around five minutes. It covers your design preferences, the crystals that interest you, your aesthetic direction, and the details we need to build your composition.

This is the foundation of everything that follows.

4. Deposit

Confirm Your Commission

A 50% deposit secures your place and initiates the design work — covering the initial crystal sourcing and the concepts created specifically for you.

5. Blueprint

Review the Design

We'll present your crystal selection and a visual mock-up for your approval. Two concepts, two revision rounds — until the design is right.

6. Crafting

Handcrafting

Once you approve the design, your piece is made. Each step by hand. Allow 10–25 working days.

7. Completion

Delivery

Final payment on completion. Your piece ships in BE. packaging, with its Crystal Profile documenting the stones used and their grade classification under the Crystal 4T™ system.

The Bespoke Journey: Your Questions Answered

How is this different from buying a ready-made bracelet?

Every BE. piece is made to order — nothing sits in a warehouse. But a standard piece is an existing design, replicated fresh for you. A bespoke piece is a design that doesn't exist yet. It's built from scratch — the crystal selection, the combination, the proportions, the arrangement — all determined by your specific composition, not adapted from something already made. There is no other piece like it. There will never be.

What if I don't like the design concepts?

Your deposit covers two design concepts and two revision rounds. If we can't reach a design you're satisfied with after those rounds, you can cancel — we'll refund 20% of the deposit and retain 30% as a design fee for the work completed.

Can I request specific crystals?

Yes. Note your preferences in the questionnaire and our team will advise on how to incorporate them — considering the visual composition and the geological properties of each stone relative to the overall design.

Why do you need my birthdate?

Your date of birth is one of the inputs we use to build your personal composition profile — alongside your questionnaire answers and design preferences. It forms part of the methodology we apply to determine which crystals are selected and how they're combined for your specific piece. We don't disclose the full details of this process; it's proprietary to the way we work.

How long does the entire process take?

Allow 3–5 weeks from initial contact to delivery. Design phase: 3–7 days. Handcrafting: 10–25 working days.

Is the bespoke service final sale?

Yes. As your piece is uniquely crafted for you, all bespoke orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. We ensure your satisfaction through the detailed consultation and design approval steps.

Why do we communicate by message instead of a call?

Text-based communication provides a clear written record, allows you to respond in your own time, and enables a deep, stress-free collaboration across time zones.
